Best Places to Watch Football in Myrtle Beach this Fall

Just because you’re coming to Myrtle Beach for a fall getaway doesn’t mean you have to miss your favorite games. There are plenty of places to catch a game while you’re in town, whether you’re looking for a sports bar or a more family-friendly establishment. Here are a few of our favorite places to catch a game:

In the sports bar category:

Bumstead’s Pub

This is a local’s favorite hangout where you can get outstanding sandwiches and enjoy big screen TVs—some of the booths even have their own TVs for a more intimate watching experience. Bumstead’s is particularly friendly to Washington Redskins fans.

Broadway Louies

This Broadway at the Beach hotspot offers up something for everyone: An arcade for the kiddos, a grill for the hungry, karaoke for aspiring stars and a 25-foot jumbo screen plus another 39 screens for the sports fans.

Restaurant style:

Beef O’Brady’s

You’ll have to head to Carolina Forest to hit up a Beef O’Brady’s, but if you’re already planning to hit the Tanger Outlets on 501, you might as well stop for lunch and a game at O’Brady’s! They’ve got plenty of screens and great deals on bar food.

Ron Jon’s Burgers and Beers

There are two sides to Ron Jon’s—one side is a smoker-friendly bar, and the other is smoke-free. Both are excellent places to watch a football game.

What are your favorite football-watching hotspots when you’re in Myrtle Beach?
