Things to do in Myrtle Beach with kids: Long Bay Resort Kids Club

The beach is the number one most popular destination for family vacations, and it’s no wonder! There are so many things to do in Myrtle Beach with kids, including a full schedule of free or nearly free activities at the Long Bay Resort kids club!

“It’s a new program this year,” said Jennifer Muldoon of Long Bay Resort in Myrtle Beach. “We’re really going to amp it up. There will be scavenger hunts, arts and crafts, pool events. We’re also working on finalizing some really fun educational programs. One is a 45-minute wildlife show. It’s really cool, they bring baby alligators and snakes and the kids can really interact.”

A family movie night is planned, as is a kids’ night out “where the parents can sign them in, and we’ll have ample staff to supervise while the parents go out. It’s just really looking to be a busy summer.”

The kids club will run seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus extended hours on occasion for special events and movie nights.
